Observation

Licensor observed emergency exit gate to be tilted and not self-closing / self-latching when released from provider's hand. Licensor observed three bicycles and one tree to be partially blocking emergency exit pathway. Licensor did not observe any toys to encourage jumping, skipping, or throwing. Licensor only observed some bubbles, one tricycle and a bin with small toys.
